“Not even the power of death, fear, or darkness will win against what I am building — in the Church and in you.”

For the Overwhelmed
Take one deep breath.
And then another.

Right now, it feels like everything is urgent. Everything is loud. Everything needs your attention—yesterday.
But you, dear soul, are still human.
And you are allowed to pause.

You don’t have to do it all at once.
You don’t have to fix everything today.
You don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of peace
.
That pile of work will still be there after a sip of water.
After a deep breath.
After a single moment of stillness.

You are not a machine.
You are not your productivity.
You are not the sum of deadlines or to-do lists.
You are a person—doing your best—under pressure most wouldn’t understand.
And that deserves compassion.
So take a breath, and let the world be noisy for a second without you needing to respond.
You are enough right now, even in the mess.
Even in the chaos.

Let that truth settle like warm light in your chest.
And when you're ready… just take the next small step.
That’s all you ever need to do: one thing, not everything.
You're going to be okay.
This moment is just one page in your story.
And you are doing better than you think.
