A 5-Minute Healing Routine

Find Stillness (30 seconds)

Sit in a quiet place. Close your eyes. Place your hand on your chest or belly

Begin to breathe slowly in through your nose, out through your mouth.

Breath Prayer (2 minutes)
Repeat with slow, even breaths:

Inhale: “Be still…”

Exhale: “…and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)​

Let your breath become a rhythm of surrender.

Healing Scripture Meditation (2 minutes)
Read this verse aloud or silently

“Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28​
Sit with Jesus’ words. Imagine Him saying them directly to you.
Let the rest He promises begin to take root in your body.
Let your shoulders drop. Let your stomach soften.

“Jesus, I come to You just as I am—tired, tense, and burdened.
You are my refuge, my rest, my peace.
I lay my stress at your feet.
Fill me with your Spirit, calm my mind, and renew my body.
Help me walk forward in quiet trust, knowing You go with me.
Amen.”
