“Not even the power of death, fear, or darkness will win against what I am building — in the Church and in you.”

Friday – A Prayer of Letting Go
Heavenly Father, as the week nears its end, I come to you weary from carrying too much. Some things I hold too tightly—worries, regrets, fears that I can’t seem to shake. Today, I open my hands and ask you to take what was never mine to bear. Help me release the “what ifs” and “should haves” that weigh me down. Your grace is enough. Your love is constant. And your mercy is new with every sunrise. Help me walk lighter, trust deeper, and know that I am free in you. Let me enter the rest of this day in quiet surrender.
Amen.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
