Pick one gentle thing you can do today as an offering to God.
Step outside for 5 minutes and feel the sun or breeze.
Listen to one worship song or hymn.
Make a small cup of coffee and say a short prayer.
Text someone you trust and ask for prayer.
Light a candle and sit quietly.
You don’t have to do everything—just one small thing is enough.
